"شرکت تخفیفان در سال های اخیر بسیار افت کرده است. من قبلا مشتری وفادار این سایت بودم و خدمات زیادی هم خرید کردم. ولی اخیرا که یک تور یک روزه رو خریداری کردم که با مشکلاتی همراه بود، دیدگاهم رو در صفحه اون آگهی تور نوشتم، ولی بعد از مدتی پاک شد!! هر شرکتی در این جور مواقع باید به نظرات مشتریان وفادارش بیشتر از منافع کوتاه مدت شرکای تجاری فکر کنه ولی این طور نبود. واقعا متاسفم که با پنهان کردن نظرات منفی، سعی در فروش بیشتر حتی به قیمت نارضایتی مشتریان قدیمی میکنید."
